About

Hi there. My name is David, and I curate BrainNosh: a resource all about upgrading your brain and body.

Hey, there I am! Enjoying the sun and getting my bare-feet on the ground. Something I try to do more and more these days…

I’ve spent countless hours and dollars learning about the wide world of health and wellness, all while trying to figure out what is going on with my body and mind.

Many of us have felt that feeling of dis-ease with ourselves. We wish our minds were quicker, our memories longer, our muscles harder and faster, our fat gone.

I know that feeling well; that feeling of disgust and unhappiness with your mind and body. Disgust with the habits and diet that created the slow wit, weak muscles, pain, headaches, lethargy, and depression. I’ve endured that feeling, a feeling that began to consume me in my early 20’s. I was a nearing graduation from University, and my brain and body wouldn’t work the way I wanted it to.

It was incredibly depressing. I could not focus or retain information. I was meek and quiet. I had no confidence. I had pains in my stomach and other digestive problems. I had allergies and brain fog. I had poor circulation and intolerance of cold. I had anxiety.

But then something happened. I met a girl. And here she is:

Sam showed me a completely new perspective on health. I began to make changes. I opened up about my health problems to close friends and family. I found illuminating books and documentaries. I discovered the world of Alternative Medicine. I learn about this massive Universe of competing health information on the internet.

My mind began to soak up the information and I became absolutely obsessed. I started testing diets, supplements, life-styles, and bio-hacks. I threw out what didn’t work and saved what did. I made progress. And I became more and ever more obsessed with health.

It’s been many years since I began my transformation, and I’m still learning. The journey will never stop. So that’s why I’m here writing to you: I want to share my story.  I hope I might inspire you to take even just one positive step towards your health goals.

Some things are easy. Some things are hard. Take this for example: Eat more DHA-packed oysters. It’s fundamentally essential to building a properly-functioning circadian rhythm (Dr. Jack Kruse taught me this. More on him in the blog).

BrainNosh is a platform for me to bring my story to you, and to share helpful products and resources that might give you a brighter life. Every single thing I share has been thoroughly considered, researched and tested, with the hope that I can help you find that healthy body and mind that you seek.

I believe a healthy body and mind is one of life’s greatest joys and your greatest personal responsibility. I wish you courage and determination in manifesting that gift for yourself.

Do you have a health story? I’d love to hear it. Share below in the comments or send me a private message.

Cheers,

David
